Personal Information
You can browse our collection and use a library shelf without even becoming a subscribed (paid) member. You can use any of OpenID provider to login to our website and use the bookshelf to save your preference.

Once you have decided to become a subscriber we ask for your full name, Postal address, telephone number, children’s information and their reading preferences. Our server stores this information so as to enable us to send the books to you. If you want to update your address or any other related information, go to "My Profile" and make the appropriate changes. You must be logged in to access "My Profile". We also track your order so you can access “My Profile” and immediately determine which books you've ordered and which books you have read.

Email Options
We send email time to time to update you on the new books added to the library, latest promotions, special discounts, etc., that we may offer to our members. We also send email to reply to your queries that you may have about Longlongago™. You can always access the personal information you have provided to Longlongago™ by going to the link "My Profile". You can make changes to this information to update your account any time.

Except as described in this section, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties without notifying you of our intent to share the information and giving you an opportunity to prevent the information from being shared. We also provide postal addresses to the Courier Service for delivery purposes. In the course of providing such services, these companies may have contact with your personal identification. We will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies. We occasionally use other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations. You can access "My Profile" from every page on the site to update and correct your name, email address, password, postal address etc., Please note that you must be logged in to to access this information. We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technologies become available. We make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system.
